Often times when a homeowner is getting ready to sell, there are aspects of the home that will need attention prior to listing. This can include painting, replacing flooring, general repairs, landscaping concerns, and cleaning. I have several licensed, bonded, and insured contractors who I work with regularly to help get your property in top selling condition.
